Building the Bunny Hutch

After looking everywhere for the ideal bunny hutch, we decided that the only we we could get everything we wanted was to build a custom hutch ourselves. We took ideas from many different hutches we found online and combined them into what we think it the best hutch around. This hutch allows 4 feet of running room for each of 5 bunnies, plus a built in shelter & "nest box" with rear access, and a perch on top of the box which the bunnies really love.

Building the Interior

Dividers between each of the 5 areas can be inserted or removed to allow for more or less space. As kits start moving around we can double their cage space.

A perfect fit! Deck provides shade and holds the snow weight in the winter.
